Refund policy
Return/Exchange Policy:
- New, unworn, fragrant free, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of purchase date. No exceptions after.
- Will receive in store credit or and e-gift card only for returns made within the correct time frame and meets all criteria.
- Items returned outside the time frame will not be accepted.
- Any items returned with any stains will be rejected.
Wrong Orders:
- Must notify our team within 4 days of receiving items.
- Indicate whether item is defective or damaged in subject line of your email to our team.
- Attach images of defective or damaged item(s) with original tags still attached in email.
- Include your name, order #, product name, and state the reason for return.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED ITEMS ONCE SHIPPED OUT. - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Follow the instructions below to return.
1. Include receipt in package to be eligible for store credit.
2. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive package.
3. You will receive and email regarding your approval or rejection of returned item(s)
4. Allow 1-2 business days for an e-gift card to be sent to you.
Shipping:
- Packages $75 or over (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
- Any orders under $75 (before tax) will be charged $5.75 flat rate shipping.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning items.
- Shipping cost are non refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- If within driving distance, it is acceptable to return item(s) in store with proof of purchase, original tags, and meet the return policy criteria to receive your in store credit gift card.
